Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator (M/F), you will provide customer support and follow-up (export/France) for the company.
Responsibilities
Disseminate and ensure compliance with the company's commercial policy to customers. Respond to all internal and external requests related to ongoing files. Enter customer information and update files to allow data updates. Propose commercial offers for standard machines and spare parts to customers. Ensure order processing until invoicing and delivery: Ensure compliance with the pricing policy. Prospect customers on their preventive maintenance needs/insurance contracts and develop the spare parts market. Validate and record offers and orders on various software such as Oracle, Siebel... Inform customers about product availability and delivery times. Ensure customer follow-up: Manage relationships with customers. Collect satisfaction survey results, compile and analyze them. Respond to customer information requests. Propose solutions in case of malfunctions (delivery, warranty, payments) in collaboration with the Warranty service. Ensure follow-up of customer complaints in relation with services. Follow up with customers for payments of invoices pending delivery and/or covered by a letter of credit. Update customer information via the group (account opening, change of payment terms, and addition of price lists). Report customer information to the Sales Management. Participate in commercial meetings upon request. Participate in the development of versatility within the service.Basic Qualifications
