But du Poste : Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Field Coordinator will have overall responsibility for the technical design and implementation of the gender-based violence (GBV) component, including the daily data management necessary to carry out the planned activities. He/she will also support the team in addressing GBV-related needs.
Responsibilities Majeur:
Lead and coordinate the planning, implementation, and capitalization of all technical assistance activities for the project.
2 - Ensure the follow-up of care for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) based on four pillars: medical care, psychosocial care, legal assistance, and socio-economic reintegration.
3-Coordinate, support, supervise, and strengthen the capacities of a multidisciplinary team.
4- Collaborate effectively with departmental representations of national regulatory bodies and civil society during the implementation of field interventions.
5- Actively participate in meetings of other sectors when needed, with the aim of integrating the Human Rights approach, particularly Women's Rights, into their sector.
6-Plan and conduct field visits to monitor activities.
7-Identify the training needs of partners, grassroots community groups, and associations related to GBV.
8-Plan, organize, conduct, and monitor the training sessions planned within the framework of the program.
9-Actively participate in meetings with partners to monitor their activities.
10-Work closely with local GBV prevention platforms and supervise the implementation of their action plans.

The following can be acquired through a combination of formal or informal education, previous experiences, or on-the-job training:
Required Qualifications:University degree in one of the following fields: social sciences, gender, protection, development, or a related technical field.Proficiency in French; proficiency in English is an asset.Experience and Skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating GBV programming, including experience in GBV prevention and response.Experience working in gender/protection programs, including those with GBV components.Experience in implementing GBV prevention and response activities.Experience in developing GBV training modules and facilitating training sessions.Experience in capacity building for teams/individuals.Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.Ability to work independently and proactively.Experience working in an NGO is highly desired.Experience working in humanitarian emergency situations, project management and donor reporting,Environnement de Travail/ Conditions:
