Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will help manage the management staff of the plant in administrative details and responsibilities. Provide support to administrative and HR Department related some activities and coordination. Coordinate and ensure accomplishment of local and legal documentation for our Site in Dominican Republic and Manage the process of sending payment incidents to payroll.
Main Responsibilities:
You will coordinate the logistics of institutional activities such as: Staff meetings, plant, administrative, RA leadership levels, strategic framework, among others HR Activities.Assist visitors with transportation coordination, hotel orientation, food within the facility, among others.Administrative and human resources communications. Support in promotions and handle of welcome kits.Assist in travel to employees with local transport management, guiding them in the coordination of travel, flight, hotel, and car.Keep in custody the legal documents of the plant, follow and control, DGII Card.Manage the voluntary terminations, and submission of documents to the Ministry of Labor.You will be responsible of audits to the incidences process monthly.Keep the minutes of the operations meeting and follow up on pending actions.Assist the HR General Manager in coordinating and holding follow-up meetings with employees, round tables or disciplinary cases.Lead project with impact to administrative area.Lead coordination of Celebrations activities for the site.Help HR to implement an organizational communication culture by applying internal plant communication procedures through our communication channels for staff information.Apply the provisions of Law 87-01 (Dominican social security system) on Medical Disabilities, ensuring the recording and updating of incidents according to the type of disability (common illness, pregnancy, occupational accident).Conduct the Recognition Program and the development of personal and team incentive systems; also quote purchase orders for recognition, celebrations and promotional items.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relative career.Two years of experience in administrative positions.Customer Service Oriented.Advanced level of English.Organization and Discipline.What we offer:
