Overview POSITION PURPOSE: The AP Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of PO related invoices, manual expense reports, and processing Per Diem related transactions. In addition, this position will coordinate asset requests and assist with Subcontractor Setups, when needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures accurate processing of incoming invoices to correct account and cost center Matches vendor invoices with receiving documents and purchase orders Coordinates Capital Addition/Disposal Requests Processes company manual expense reports on an as needed basis Collects and distributes office mail, including but not limited to office deliveries Oversees processing of Per Diem funds to employees Manages customer & vendor agreements from obtaining signatures to archiving Assists with Subcontractor Setups when needed Communicates effectively and professionally with vendors and internal customers Pay Range: $16.60 - $26.13 Qualifications: Minimum of AS Degree 3 years or more of related work experience Attention to detail Intermediate Excel skills a plus Excellent communication skills – verbally and written Work with minimal supervision Team oriented Benefits: Medical, dental and vision benefits options Supplemental Benefits (Aflac) 401(k) with a company match Employee stock purchase plan Paid time off, time off for bereavement, jury duty and 6 paid holidays Prescription Drug Plan (CVS Caremark) Telehealth Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Short and Long Term Disability Life and AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program Legal Plan Annual Bonus (at company’s discretion) 0-1 year - 56 hours prorated in year hired Jan. 1 after year hired - 56 hours Jan. 1 after 1st anniversary - 96 hours Jan. 1 after 3rd anniversary - 96 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date) Jan. 1 after 5th anniversary - 136 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date) NOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
