Make an Impact! Come join us as a Bed Coordinator for our Care Operations Center in Radnor, PA! In this role, you will be responsible for patient throughput by managing the bed flow process according to the needs of our patients and campuses. You will review all bed requests from the ED, OR/PACU, Procedural areas, and Transfer Center and collaborate with medical and nursing staff in these departments to optimize patient flow throughout our system. The work you will be doing will make a tremendous impact in helping improve patient flow and decrease wait time for bed placements at our facilities!

Position: VCOC Bed Coordinator
Shift: 36 hours/week; Night shift (7p-7a) with weekend rotation



Experience:
1. 3-5 years working in a healthcare related field is required.
2. Clinical experience required.
3. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
