Job Duties/Accountabilities\r

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist with the development and roll out of Retail elements.

Key Responsibilities\rPartner with Retail Marketing Communication Specialists to execute in-store communication elements supporting Branded and National Retail locations across CanadaCollaborate with multiple internal and external partners to execute Retail elements including Rate Plan Collateral and POP Assist Bell, Virgin Plus & Lucky Mobile Marcom teams with competitive responsesAssist with administrative duties such as VMS asset management & tickets, Monday.com project tracking updates, deck creation/maintenance, etc... Help drive process improvements and standardizations to gain efficiencies Essential Qualifications\rCollege diploma with a Business, Marketing and/or related disciplineKnowledge of English required: Professional relationships with English speaking customers or customers outside QuebecPassion and working knowledge of the retail environmentExcellent attention to accuracy and detail Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure prioritize workload and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environmentAbility to self motivate, problem solve, multi-task and take initiative Preferred skills/ competencies\rKnowledge of the telecommunications industry or other technologyExcellents kills in MS Office including Excel, Access, Word, and Power PointIn Designskills Additional Information\rJob location Positions: 5099 Creekbank Road, Toronto (Ontario) or 1 Carref.
