Coordinator, CVM Groups Budgets

Position Overview:

Support the Tiffany Creative Studio’s s financial activities by creating and monitoring reports, tracking and reconciliating expenses. Communicate with market and global finance teams to make sure expenses and budgets worldwide are on track throughout the year.

Key Accountabilities:

Financial Reporting

Prepare data for variance explanations, forecasting and potential plan adjustments for P&L reviews Track budgets and report cost anomalies  Ensure project tracking files are consistently up-to-date Assist with annual planning process by collating data and forecasts for the coming year Support Financial Planning and other departments with enquiries as required  Prepare monthly reconciliations and reclasses 

Suppliers, Accounting and Contracts

Subject Matter Expert in the department’s Coupa PO and invoice processes.  Support suppliers with inquiries and TCO processes, liaising with corporate and Global Teams as needed. Set up new suppliers and Coupa PO's as needed Utilize the non-PO backed Coupa invoice processing when required Review Tiffany Procurement contracts and liaise with suppliers and procurement as needed

Capital Expense Budgets

Support Corporate and Market Teams with Capex budget management and allocation  Create and maintain CVM Capital Request DocuSign forms including unplanned requests and amendments.  Assist with annual Capex planning as needed

Tiffany Zones Assistance

Provide accounting and finance information to markets when requested  Support global finance and store planning teams with enquiries  Review CVM Market projects spend with CVM Zones directors as needed

Qualifications:

Required

College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field  Minimum 1 year of experience MS Office, intermediate to advanced Excel Experience analyzing contracts Ability to communicate with various business groups across Tiffany and outside organizations Ability to provide basic analytical assessments of data Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas and information. Ability to work with a wide variety of people and cultures 

Preferred

Knowledge of JD Edwards, SAP, Coupa, Unifier and report writing software (Business Objects, DAS, etc.) Luxury retail experience. Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting. Basic knowledge of jewelry, leather goods and gifts. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $29.41-$39.79. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
