**Overview**
THE ROLE:
Herbalife is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Digital Communications Coordinator who can bring the vibes with creative ideas, content, solutions, and support for social activations. The Digital Communications Coordinator will support and assist in the implementation of projects across multiple digital platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, et al. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications & Analytics, the ideal candidate for this role will understand what makes great social media content and the importance of project timelines, up-to-date editorial calendars, and accurate asset management. The role also requires creativity, the ability to solve problems, and experience with numerous technology platforms.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Ideate, design, and/or film shareable and compelling content to drive engagement on social media, either in collaboration with in-house design team or on your own
• Support with day-to-day activities including development of creative assets, content management, metadata, writing, copy-editing and proofing social media posts
• Work closely with the digital communications team to develop creative briefs based on the visual needs/requirements for each platform.
• Test all social creative to ensure it meets social media platform requirements and is viewable on different browsers and mobile devices
• Help in managing development of and adherence to editorial calendar to ensure content and assets are being released on time
• Manage the ingestion of the communications team assets into the Adobe DAM, ensuring all internal departments have access to the content and collaborate with other departments including Worldwide marketing, regional marketing and internal communications to disseminate content
• Actively participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas to keep social content fresh, relevant and different based on emerging/current trends
• Research and identify online trends, creative best practices and relevant brand examples being leveraged across social media

Corporate Communications is a small, hands-on team of experts in specific fields of communications who work cross-functionally to raise the profile of the company. The team is highly collaborative, focused on results, and supportive of each other, especially when a situation requires all hands on deck. **Qualifications**
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in communications function.
• Creative and strategic thinking skills; knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and other social media editing tools preferred
• A strong understanding of creative production process, including video, graphics, and photography, ensuring high-quality visual content.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to develop proficiency in specific software programs as required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and track work, and set/meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of digital communications KPIs across multiple platforms
• Self-motivated and reliable, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within Corporate Communications and cross-functional team members.
• Service-oriented; ability to take direction and deliver results.
• Extremely detail oriented.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related degree
preferred OR equivalent work experience
