The primary focus of the Coordinator, Distribution Partnerships role is to provide ongoing sales support to the Distribution Partnerships team.
A Day in the Life:
Reporting to the Director of Distribution Partnerships this role will help support the entirety of the Distribution Partnerships team and provide customer support to the various segments of business through our distribution channels.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Service and account escalations
Act as key point of contact for Distribution Partnerships team on account portfolio needs and act as main point of contact for account service recovery escalations Build relationships with account contacts and provide excellent customer service. Work intra-organizationally with multiple contacts/departments to streamline processes and procedures Coordinate the handling of all VIP reservations for accounts. Be a conduit between the account, Customer Service, reservations and billing to ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations. Assist with work in other Sales Operations departments as needed. Monitor Travel Customer Service mailbox to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion, maintaining all SLAs Maintain Travel Customer Service dashboard to track KPIs related to customer service resolution and outputContract creation and processing
Help manage sales opportunities from creation of opportunity through contract signature and upload. Review and analyze related documents (Contracts, Amendments, Renewals Act as key point of contact for sales team on assigned contracts and ensure that contract parameters are accurate and requirements met. Communicate clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) so that others may understand what is required at all levels within the organization. Manage DocuSign queues to ensure signatures are properly obtainedOngoing account support
Assistance with Quarterly Business Review supporting document creation and completion. Email and phone support for distribution team customers and partners Helping to ensure all requests are completed and delivered by expected due date, must manage the calendar of assigned requests to meet 100% compliance Assist in rolling out global standardized processes to streamline various administrative functions within the distribution partnerships team Provide support on other special projects as needed.What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3+ years of car rental experience in customer experience required Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables. Advanced PowerPoint skills to include creating and revising presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce Strong written and verbal communication skills Process oriented Communicate effectively with outside clientele and within the Hertz Organization Ability to learn new programs, software and reports quickly. Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Capable of working independently and in an open team environment Excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business climate.
