POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function of Coordinator is to offer Five-star service quality, courtesy and safety to customers who are attending all entertainment activities in City of Dreams. The Coordinator is responsible for delivering the mission, values and vision of City of Dreams in accordance with the SOP of the Company. Coordinating with the respective teams to ensure that customers’ expectations are met. This position requires a dynamic communication with customers with diverse nationality and of all age range.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deep working knowledge of all Standard Operating Procedures, rule and regulations on all Entertainment venues including but not limited to the operation of box office, front of house, retail, F&B etc.Facilitate and flexibly support daily operations units wherever and whenever requiredPerform daily in-depth inspections of venues and workflowProvide real time support and guidance in operation and instructions to staff when neededAssist in ensuring all tools and facilities is in top conditionsAble to perform routine maintenance checks, safety checks and risk assessmentsHost an event as an event organizer or to provide supervision and support when another colleague is hosting the eventCoordinate, develop, organize and implement all promotions, events and activitiesAssist in the implementation of the creative activity curriculumAbility to assist on the creation and delivery of the activities implemented e.g., song and dance, stage characters, acting, dancing in a reasonable timelineAbility to learn from seniors in coordinating and motivating your team so that they in return are able to deliver to guests as per their individual job descriptionsProvide direction to attendants by maintaining effective staff communication.Ability to learn and deliver every aspect of the business e.g., cleaning, courtesy, professionalism and operationAdhere to all Company policies and proceduresReport accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisorsEnsure that the concerned operation meets the requirements of law & legislationAssist in managing customers related issues at the venuesPerform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisorsKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
