Coordinator, Finance Operations - Credit Card Processing

This position is a remote role! Must be able to work 11:30am-8:00pm Eastern time hours.

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

Process Customer Credit Card payments via Phone, SharePoint and through reportsAttention to detail: Update customer’s accounts/orders with credit card information, including card maintenance in a timely manner that is compliant with established policies and proceduresProvide phone and task coverage 11:30 am- 8 pm EST.  Assists with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business needPayment processing and research

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience, preferredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

Skills:

Customer Service Phone experience, preferredMaintain service levels and productions goalsAttention to Detail / high quality of work and accuracyGreat organization and time management skillsSAP experience is a benefit

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour - $22.57 per hour
