The Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling administrative duties such as phones, calendar, travel, and expense reports. The ideal candidate would have an interest in marketing and distribution. Essential Responsibilities: + Place and log day-today calls to/from numerous internal and external parties + Schedule and coordinate large and small meetings on a day-to-day basis using Microsoft Outlook and maintain OneDrive calendar + Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements, including international travel + Interact with senior level executives and their assistants. Will also interact with talent and external partners. + Prepare expense reports + Other administrative duties as needed Basic Requirements: + A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience including handling heavy phones + Prior experience supporting a senior level executive + Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet + Knowledge of all basic office equipment required Preferred Qualifications: + Interest in marketing and distribution strongly preferred + Entertainment/film industry strongly preferred + Well organized with strict attention to detail + Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments + Ability to work with and maintain confidential information + Candidate should display a great deal of initiative, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure + Strong writing skills Additional Requirements + Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
