As our organization grows, we are looking for a Coordinator on the Integrated Marketing team who can help support world-class cross-functional campaigns in North America to drive the brand and product marketing strategy forward. This role will work in partnership with the Senior Manager of NA Integrated Marketing to create and execute innovative 360-degree marketing strategies and plans for Tatcha in North America. **Key Responsibilities** + Support development and execution of North America integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies and working with cross-functional teams to bring brand initiatives to life across digital, retail, influencer, and social media channels + Assist in coordinating influencer activations (eventing and mailers), PR events, and brand partnerships to drive engagement and reach new audiences + Help project-manage campaign initiatives, including timelines, creative development/delivery, and cross-functional collaboration + Support the planning/execution of influencer events, including developing run-of-show documents and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external agencies + Assist in creating reports and presentations to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness around influencer activations + Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns, influencer activations and partnerships + Place product orders and track forecasted product allocation to ensure campaign and activation needs are met + Provide administrative support, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and organizing key internal meetings + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities, brand building best practices, and competitor strategies in the beauty industry _Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be amended to include other duties as assigned by the management team._ **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field + 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage tight timelines + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment + Problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset + Passion for brand, influencer, and social media marketing trends + Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once + Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure with tight deadlines + Basic understanding of budget tracking and expense management + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools is a plus **The Details** The expected base pay range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
