Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
This role accelerates business value by assisting in maintaining certain AX Master Data and in preparing inventory reports and analysis. Maintains AX Master Data and monitors timely submission of production and physical inventory counts by field personnel. Prepares reports and analyses as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
AX Mater Data maintenance including: Item Masters, Procurement Categories, Bills of Material (BOM), Standard Cost Maintenance, Co-packer Fees, Brokerage Agreements, and Product Sales Categories. Monitors timely submission of production and physical inventory counts by field personnel. Process in-house transfers to remote warehouses within business units. Reconciles facility spreadsheets and transfer activity. Daily inventory reporting including manually posting reports to SharePoint. Centrally monitors and reports on daily inventory variances for each Reddy Ice facility. Distributes daily inventory variance reports to the operations support teams as needed. Assists facilities with inventory reconciliations as needed. Conducts periodic review and analysis of finished goods and raw material inventories, including related purchasing activities. Reviews and reconciles month end inventories. Identifies opportunities to improve inventory control by analyzing reports, seasonal variations, and other data. Acts with a sense of urgency and is compliance minded in all activities. Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management. Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics AX strongly preferred but not requiredA high school diploma is required. A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred but may be substituted by a minimum of 5 years of financial/data analysis experience.Minimum 4 years of accounting and/or data analysis experience requiredAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceExperience working with inventory and inventory valuation is preferred but not requiredIntermediate level data processing and maintenance experience requiredAdvanced working/demonstrated knowledge of ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills requiredAbility to multi-task and adapt to changeWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
No travel is required for this position. This position may require overtime since weekend and evening work may be required. Typical office environment, generally sedentary position using computers, calculators, phones, and other office equipment. Work is conducted in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. The ability to manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships and reason through complex business situations is essential.
