Coordinator, Licensing
Join our dynamic Licensing team at CLC's Innovations and Operations division, where we are dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service and solutions to our licensees. As a Licensing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued licensees. You will serve as the primary point of contact for licensees, collaborating with internal departments to address inquiries and ensure smooth licensing operations.

Responsibilities:Customer Service Excellence:Handle inbound calls and tickets from customers and staff, providing timely and professional assistance.Respond to all requests promptly, addressing licensee inquiries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.Licensee Account Administration:Execute day-to-day administration of licensee accounts, including processing requests and maintaining accurate records.Draft recommendations to institutions based on information provided by licensees.Maintain open communication with licensees, serving as a systems expert and technical resource to address inquiries and provide support.Relationship Development:Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders overseeing client relationships, facilitating open communication and collaboration.Assist in providing information for enforcement efforts and audits to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.Guideline Development and Training:Enhance, develop, and implement guidelines for licensees to ensure adherence to licensing requirements and best practices.Provide training sessions to licensees on licensing requirements and procedures to support their understanding and compliance.Qualifications:Desire to assist customers and find effective solutions to their needs.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team-player mindset with outstanding customer service skills and self-motivation to drive results.Ability to work under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.Exceptional listening skills and the ability to remain calm and helpful when addressing customer concerns.Sense of urgency and ambition to drive completion of tasks and projects efficiently.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and creating user documentation and materials.
