Coordinator, Marketing, Corporate Sales NA
**Description** The Marketing Coordinator, North American Corporate Sales is responsible for supporting the NA Corporate Team with marketing tasks, leading events, collaborating on promotional campaigns, overseeing omni-channel execution, assisting with new initiatives, using market analysis for program development, and assessing marketing data for future opportunities. **MARKETING 65%** + Assist in developing marketing programs for all Corporate Sales channels, including market analysis, updating the marketing calendar, program grid, GWP SKU page, margin analysis, and creative brief. + Communicate free standing store programs and input them into Relate for operations team. + Ensure accurate distribution of marketing communications across various channels. + Execute post-promotional analysis, assessing sales, margin, ROI, and CRM impact. + Support National/Local Events, plan and execute events, and analyze success based on sales and customer recruitment. + Manage mall marketing, GWP inventory, and promotional execution. + Collaborate with Yext to optimize SEO, monitor customer reviews, and track search performance. + Manage Warehouse Sale, ensuring smooth operation and analyzing attendee data. + Oversee Vendor Insider Program, ensuring timely communication and accuracy. **ECOM 15%** + Develop promotional strategies to drive sales and engagement. + Support product imagery updates for TCCS.com and conduct margin analysis. + Propose marketing strategies to keep the ECOM site fresh and relevant. + Collaborate on digital enhancements for CRM and customer retention. **PRESENTATION / MEETING PREPARATION / SOCIAL 10%** + Assist in meeting preparation, presentation creation, and room setup. + Support TCCS with content coordination with the Creative Designer. + Provide ad-hoc support across the CS team and assist with research for next-generation events. **Qualifications** ⁃ University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines ⁃ A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization ⁃ Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset ⁃ Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule ⁃ Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking ⁃ Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
