What We’re Looking For:

A dynamic individual who can support the marketing and public relations initiatives for Loews Hotels. This role will be responsible for being the point person on-site for special activations, photo shoots, events and more while also maintaining administrative efforts and creative collaborations with the brand and hotel operations. We are looking for someone who thinks logistically, but most of all, creatively!

What You’ll Do:

Updates and distributes press kits with Area Director of Public RelationsVets, secures & helps manage influencer stays in coordination with Area Director of Public Relations (proactive and reactive)Maintains photography libraryResponds to media leads with Area Director of Public RelationsDistributes advertising leads appropriatelyJoins in overseeing photo shoots on property (film and print, professional and organic) when Area Director of Public Relations is not availableCo-creates monthly social media calendar with Area Director of Public Relations to ensure 3x week cadenceAssists Area Director of Public Relations in collecting content for the Public Relations Activity ReportWorks with Brand Design Studio to create collateral and projects for special eventsKeeps track of current clips and creates monthly clip reportsMaintains and updates media and VIP mailing listsCollaborates with Director of Sales & Marketing & Area Director of Public Relations to research local partnershipsUpdates content on loewshotels.comOversees onsite activations and pop-up events when Area Director of Public Relations is not availableOther duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointBasic knowledge of PhotoshopExcellent communication, organization, written and guest relations skillsMinimum two years hotel experience, preferably with some experience in a Marketing or Public Relations support role

Wage range for this position, based on experience, is $20.00 to $25.00.
