**Purpose and Scope**
The coordinator role will support day-to-day operational Medical Affairs, US activities for Head of Medical Communications (and Strategic Collaboration) based in United States. The responsibility will include activities related to coordinating meetings, communications, supporting cross-functional MA-US projects, maintenance of MA-US share point and TEAMS sites, assists with the onboarding new hires.
**Responsibilities**
Manages and coordinates tasks within the team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members. • Supports planning and coordination of a program and its activities and ensures implementation of practices. • Developing and maintaining the communication platforms and tools for cross functional sharing and collaboration including managing of the MA-US SharePoint, TEAMS and Viva Engage site. • Responsible for ad hoc projects including sharing of best practices, the development of templates, process mapping and other related projects. • Enable active cross-functional communication within team through appropriate methods including teams with external partners. • Track invoices and manage payment status of each purchase order as it relates to team members under MA[1]US Medical Communications (and Strategic Collaboration) • Supports the effective onboarding of new MA-US colleagues including coordinating IT needs, arranging introduction meetings with key stakeholders and systems training. • Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business.
**Mandatory Compliance requirements**

Clarify and seek guidance as required, and raise any concerns, in a timely manner, with relevant manager, which may include reference to the Ethics and Compliance Team and/or Ethics and Compliance Helpdesk.
Undertake and comply with relevant mandatory Ethics and Compliance training and updates to maintain personal awareness; all training to be undertaken in a timely manner.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience (healthcare related or life sciences field)
+ Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and under management.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective collaboration relationships with team members and internal/external partners.
+ Ability to prioritize and organize a high-volume workflow and follow a project through to completion, ensuring attention to detail and highest level of accuracy within required timeframe.
+ Experience working with both internal and external customers and business partners.
+ Knowledge and/or experience working with groups with varied cultural backgrounds and learning styles.
+ Demonstrated commitment to achieving results through work efforts and ability to drive to desired goal completion
+ Intermediate to advanced competency and experience with a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, MyBuy, MyContract
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PMP certification
+ Experience collaborating with knowledgeable individuals from within and outside the departments, as well as affiliates globally.
+ Ability to self-motivate and drive for strong results.

**Salary Range (** only posted for specific states **):** $89,300 -$119,000 (NOTE: Final salary could be more or less, based on experience)
