Job Description

The Multiplatform Scheduling Coordinator will be scheduling and coordinating promotional assets to support linear and multiplatform for Bravo and some E! and Oxygen.  This person will support the overall owned media planning strategies and help generate brand awareness by ensuring that all priorities are being effectively and efficiently promoted on-air, streaming, on demand, and on other platforms. This person must be skilled in data & analytics, strategy, and planning with the ability to hit hard deadlines, troubleshoot, multitask, and pivot at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities:

Help maximize viewership by strategically planning and scheduling campaigns to maximize reach, frequency, and conversionPlan and schedule across platforms according to marketing priorities, understand premiere plans, rollout, and stunt strategiesGather, utilize, and interpret data to inform strategy and schedulesAdjust scheduling as needed when programming or format changes occur, communicating closely with broadcast facilitiesIn conjunction with Multiplatform team members, assist in outlining campaign deliverables and commissioning promo content, relaying Multiplatform strategy and communicating closely with Production/Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assetsCreate all promo campaigns in asset management system, scheduling system, and optimizer system: promo codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, and revisions, ensuring most up to date and accurate data is maintained and swapped as neededCommunicate asset and trafficking instructions to execute strategy across non-linear platformsCollaborate across multiple teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment, track schedule changes, creative revisions, etc., and update all respective documents and teams as neededCommunicate closely with counterparts across the Multiplatform Planning team, relaying promo priorities and scheduling nuancesProvide asset information for cross network and Symphony support; execute incoming cross network and Symphony strategy on linear for top Comcast/NBCU priorities including Film, Sports, Peacock, Entertainment, News, etc.Assist with compiling & reconciling on-air schedules for post campaign analysis; pull post-log reports; analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future strategy and planningTroubleshoot and problem solve, work with all teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies, manage missing assets for scheduling needsKeep up to date with entertainment, content, and industry trendsFacilitate promo changes with Master Control during off hours as needed

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in communications, research, data/analytics, film, television or related field preferredExcellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, SharepointFamiliarity with media metrics (Nielsen, AMRLD data) for planningOutstanding attention to detail, organizational skills & communication skillsExcellent quality control abilitiesAbility to multitask and adapt to changesAbility to work in multiple timelines concurrentlyAbility to problem solve and find solutions to timely issuesSelf-starter, proactive, resourceful

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid:  This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000
