The Photo & AV Studio (PAVS) team at Netflix is an on-set creative team that captures photo and video to drive conversations around our titles and brand. The team sits within the PR team as Publicity’s creative arm with a consistent approach to content capture strategy and efficiency as their core role.
The role of the Photo & AV Studio Coordinator is to optimize and facilitate the workflows and impact of the Thailand Photo & AV Studio team , throughout the broader region, organization and business.
A coordinator works closely with the Thailand Photo & AV Studio Manager and the APAC Photo & AV Studio team across the region and must be able to dive deep into the team’s scope of work, have an in-depth understanding of the company, and understand all PR and Marketing goals and strategies. A clear understanding of production and title-first work is essential to best collaborate with and anticipate opportunities for effectiveness between cross-functional partners.
The role will support strategic Photo & AV Studio responsibilities, ranging from setting up workflows, systems and best practices at large, to operations and campaign management.

Must possess a keen eye for detail, bias to action, a strong sense of responsibility to own projects small or big, an ability to see opportunities for better ways of working and implement those across teams, meticulous attention to detail, and an ease at identifying gaps before they become problems.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Contribute to cross-functional strategies and movements to create and optimize workflow efficiencies within the Thailand and APAC Photo & AV Studio team.
Responsible for keeping the team’s documents organised and updated. Keep the department organized by following up for missing materials or information. Help obtain it on your own if possible.
Cross-functional asset servicing/management as per the team’s creative needs.
Read scripts and be a thought-partner with Thai Photo & AV Studio Manager in strategizing on-set capture and creative ideation.
Onboard and supervise unit photographers and video crews to capture the best on-set creative. Foster partnerships within the industry.
Consistent usage of key tools/applications used in the role, and run training sessions for any updates with both internal departments and external vendors as needed.
Align with broader country and regional team members to seek out operational changes or potential efficiencies that could be brought to market.
Asset Support: Pull screengrabs and clips for titles; asset approvals
Skills & Requirement
5+ years of experience in production and/or as a content creator at an entertainment or lifestyle media house or outlet.
A strong creative eye with a keen understanding of visual storytelling in the service of audience-first communication strategies.
A sound understanding and experience working with photo production teams, film/TV studios and networks, and/or talent in order to manage creative content strategy with marketing, publicity, and/or product stakeholders.
Experience in photography with a photo production agency, art direction would be an advantage.
Highly organised, curious and innovative individual, with a strong project management background.
Understand and have contacts in the photography and videography industries in Thailand and knowledgeable of digital file tech specs & size formats.
An understanding and interest in copyright laws, usage licenses and embargoes.
An extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Premiere Pro is preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written Thai.
Business level fluency in English is required
Love for entertainment, especially Thai entertainment.
