Provides support to the clinic operations by adding assistance when applicable. Helps ensure satisfaction is achieved for patients.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Responsible for the administrative support to the respective department(s) to ensure efficient facilitation of medical staff and medical clinic operations.
• Coordinates all functions of the Physician and Clinic on-boarding process.
• Responsible for the maintenance of proper approval flows and reporting of information.
• Assists with elements of credentialing specific to the respective department..
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
2+ years in Medical profession
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification or in process
