GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Role and responsibilities not limited to:
Asset Recovery:
• Coordinate, improve, and streamline Qualfon’s worldwide process for asset recovery.
• Work closely with the Facilities, IT department, the HR department, the Legal department, and any other groups involved in the process.
• He or she will be the go to person for information regarding different process in the different countries.
• He or she will refine and streamline our process for asset tracking and recovery making sure that our practices and performance compare well with industry standards.
PEZA & LGU Role:
• Support planning and coordination of PEZA and LGU (local government) Permit (business, sanitary and mayor’s) requirements and activities.
• Ensure implementation of policies and practices
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
• Manage communications to internal Stakeholders
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
• Prepare paperwork and order material
• Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
• Support growth and program development
• Ensure that Qualfon is PEZA and LGU permit compliant.
• Process Improvement Standardization
o Process Ownership (PEZA and LGU Permit) ensuring standardization and process are implemented across all sites
o Leading on resolving all process audit points by collaborating to each department heads.
o Lead special projects as necessary

Qualifications:
Accounting or Business Management Graduate. College entry level with minimum of more than 5 years of work experience. Experienced in 5 years in PEZA & LGU Coordination Experience in project management & process improvement. Direct experience in asset recovery is preferable.
