The Coordinator / Administrative Assistant role will provide direct administrative support for our North America Public Policy and Government Affairs team. Responsibilities Support events with PEP executives and members/Congressional staff Administrative responsibilities, including Co-manage DC office with other DC-based admins Support for meetings and events in the DC office and for visiting executives Manage product for Federal and Corporate Citizenship and DC – based events by working with the events organizers, contractors and internal / external product suppliers Support PAC manager and processing political contributions invoicing in SAP and tracking spreadsheets. Compensation and Benefit Details: The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,700 - $83,550 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Highly competent in contemporary Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint and Excel Experience with completing basic research assignments. Writing/editing skills Experience with or proven ability to learn SAP and other software systems. Financial management for budgeting and administrative upkeep Logistics/event planning A minimum of 3 years administrative experience High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to function well in a team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of management. Effective communication skills, strong collaboration skills and an impeccable standard of excellence Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with little supervision. Ability to handle multiple priorities, including the ability to make clear and timely decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn the various in-house software applications. Aptitude to work with minimal supervision, set goals, create and implement action plans and monitor progress towards goals.
