We are looking out for a Coordinator, Quality to join our team in GOA ! This role will be responsible to assist quality engineer/quality manager in developing, maintaining, auditing the operations & Warehouse function ensuring compliance to system to assure the quality of the products manufactured & Services.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World: Run the Calibration due report to notify the instruments with are due for calibration. Co Ordinate with operations & Calibrations agency for completion of calibration. Initiate PR / PO for calibration activity. Identify the material for inspection daily & assign the lots to IQC inspectors and ensure timely completion. Co Ordinate the IQC – MRB. Co Ordinate the calibration of Weights & Weighing Scales with the Weights & Measures. Co Ordinate with BU Ops quality engineers and develop the Quality Dashboard – Weekly Basis & Monthly Basis. Co Ordinate with the TL auditors on conducting and ensuring the TL audits done with reports updated. UL & Intertek Certification – Co Ordination with the UL & Intertek & Maintain traceability records. Conduct Process Audits, Material Storage & Shelf-Life audits in warehouse (Receiving, Storage & Dispatch). Handling shipping & Carrier Issues – Internal & Customer Complaints. Co – Ordinate to organize & Conduct training in IQC & Warehouse on Quality Tools. Required Qualifications for Consideration: BE or Diploma with preferably 3 + years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Through knowledge to interpret engineering drawings and related specifications. Through knowledge of Process and Product Auditing skills. Defect analysis ability. Basic Quality Tools Knowledge (7QC Tools). Drive PFMEA, Develop Formats & Charts. Excellent attendance and work record required. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Through Knowledge of RCA & 8D. Include proven competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. Working Knowledge of SAP with Quality T codes.
