Job Summary A position is available in the Real Estate Department for a part-time coordinator to provide administrative and business support for the Real Estate Department reporting directly to the Manager of Real Estate. The responsibilities below represent the general work that is needed for the position but is not considered to include all work that may be needed. Principal Responsibilities + Preparation of residential leases and residential lease addendums using DocuSign. + Assistance with residential tenant move-ins and move-outs, including contacting utility companies and processing security deposits in SAP. + Maintenance of spreadsheets in Excel, including current tenant listings, active contractors, and semi-weekly residential rental status updates. + Monthly billing through SAP for all residential, cellular, and miscellaneous land leases. + Tracking of monthly payments in the Company’s Customer Portal for residential and miscellaneous land lease rentals, including corresponding with tenants regarding delinquent payments. + Tracking of all operating and capital expenses for residential rentals in Excel. + Assistance with preparing the department’s annual operating budget. + Processing of check requests and all RE invoices, including the creation of notifications and purchase requisitions in SAP. + Preparation of annual income and expense reports for town assessors. + Other work as required or as directed. Preferred Requirements + Minimum 3 years in an administrative position + Excellent customer service skills + Strong written and oral communication skills + Must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills. + SAP experience highly preferred + Legal or property management experience highly preferred + High competency in use of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point). + Must have ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. + Must be self-motivated and able to make decisions independently. + Ability to analyze problems and take appropriate corrective action. + Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities. Education/Certifications + High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary + This is a part-time, 28 hour-a-week non-benefit eligible position. + Hours for this position are 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday or as otherwise arranged with the applicant. + This role has a starting hourly rate of $23.53/hour. + This role is 100% onsite, and the office location is 600 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT.
