Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience3 years’ prior experience in fast moving recruitment team within agency, internal or RPO team or HR administration experienceStrong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and database managementResults oriented with strong customer service focus and a “can-do attitude”Strong communication capabilities with accurate written skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Fluent English is essentialExceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills as well as meticulous attention to detailMotivated and enthusiasticShows initiative and keen to take on increasing levels of responsibilitiesProfessional, presentable and discrete, given sensitivity of information
Responsibilities & Duties
Interview Scheduling
Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment of availabilities between candidates and interviewersCoordinate in-office room bookings for interviews as well as setting up and supporting virtual interviewsCommunicate interview details to candidatesProactively manage last-minute rescheduling requests, minimizing disruptions to hiring timelinesServe as the main point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and any scheduling-related inquiriesSupport in-person interviews in the KL office. This would include receiving the candidates and setting up the interview rooms.Recruiting System
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (“ATS”) and internal trackersCreate interview folders and schedules in ATSCreate recruiting events in ATS, as neededEvents
Support recruiting events (including on-campus and in-office company events, networking dinners, coffee chats) where requiredCoordinate venue bookings, catering and transportation, as requiredAssist with preparation of marketing materialsAdditional Responsibilities
