Support the recruiting team by handling administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and Schedule interviews for all hiring teams and candidates; Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates; Greet and assist interviewees onsite.Assist Sr. Recruiters with resume screening and initial phone screens.Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, validating certifications and licenses, Workday etc.)Assist in recruitment efforts for entry-level positions (i.e. Roustabouts, 3rd Mates, 3rd Assistant Engineers).Attend Career Fairs; Coordinate Hiring activities/Career Fairs.
