**Description** This position requires developed analytic skills, a strong business acumen, and a focus on detail. There will be heavy spreadsheet and data retrieval analytics using various systems. Strong database and project management skills & advanced excel skills are required. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Planning/Annual Budget ⁃ Support the 3⁃year LRP and Annual budget process through preparing the following ⁃ Prepare and issue templates to the Field to develop annual retail sales targets by Channel & door. ⁃ Prepares the template for Gross to Net sales ⁃ Prepares the template for Retail & Net Sales ⁃ Calculate monthly field retail sales plans based on annual retail sales targets Monthly Estimate ⁃ Prepare & issues monthly retail sales estimate file on department store calendar ⁃ Prepare & calculate Monthly Estimate of Retails Sales by account / channel. ⁃ Responsible to track new doors & closures. Completes door count file ⁃ Work with Account Leads for monthly updates to Retail Sales/ LE⁃ Populate total NA Monthly/ weekly breakout by census type Reporting ⁃ Compile, review, and input weekly audited sales ⁃ Compile and report retail audited sales results v PL, LE and LY incl. weekly and monthly ⁃ Maintain DTC audited weekly/daily sales files, develop estimates for monthly dailies Data Maintenance ⁃ Maintain Field Door Alignment files ⁃ Compile high volumes of material data sets in Excel. Map, migrate, and validate data sets in system.
