Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating NBCUniversal’s Advertising & Partnerships positioning and initiatives to the advertising ecosystem. You will manage day-to-day coordination of native, curated, thought-leadership experiences, both for internal and market-facing audiences for industry, agency and partner events. You will be required to communicate between multiple internal teams including creative partnerships, corporate events, corporate communications, finance and legal to keep all groups aligned and on track to meet our strategic goals.
This position will report into the Trade Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Create industry leading marketing materials, campaigns, client experiences and other B2B marketing tacticsBuild and develop trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the benefits of being a partner (including sales materials, eblasts, sweepstakes, industry events & conferences, social campaigns, events and more)Develop immersive and one-of-a-kind experiences that help build sales relationships and positions the team as best-in-classAssist the marketing manager and communications team with social media marketing efforts for the Advertising and Partnerships handles Manage the RSVP and list gathering, analysis, and attendance reporting process for current events.Code and submit invoicesAssist in creating communication plans and timelines for external & internal eventsCreate additional event-related collateral as needed (i.e. lookbooks, timelines, grids, recap decks, etc...)Qualifications1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization backgroundSuperior Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs; exposure to database tools, email marketing tools and/or Salesforce a plusSocial media marketing experience also a plusMeticulous with a keen eye for detailMust be confident executing leadership’s direction in a fast-paced workflowStrong organization and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExhibit core behaviors (e.g. clear and concise communication, client service, strategic thinking, problem-solving, detail oriented)A self-starter and “Jack-of-all-trades” with a no task is too big or too small attitudeMust be willing to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed to support event effortsHybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime eligible
