REd provides educational content to the University of Utah research community to address topics to promote a culture of research ethics, integrity, and responsibility. This hire will be a key member of the REd team is essential in executing the day-to-day operations of REd’s core programmatic activities. Specific duties will include analyzing participant data, coordinating class schedules, communicating with instructors and participants, facilitating online and in-person classes, and ensuring and executing effort agreements with instructors. Outstanding client relation skills are critical to the success of this role. **Responsibilities** This position is responsible for ensuring a streamlined and positive outcome for all REd instructors and participants in day-to-day operations. **Essential Functions** 1. Maintain high standards of organization and transparency for record keeping and participant data management. 2. Manage REd communications and messaging to promote a highly collaborative work environment. 3. Support the development, distribution, and collection of satisfaction surveys and evaluations materials to determine the success of REd classes and other activities. 4. Facilitate online and in-person classes, workshops, and certificate programs. 5. Works closely with REd and other ORIC staff to ensure that financial records are organized and accurate. 6. Works to resolve occasional issues raised by participants or instructors in accessing Canvas, Zoom, or other class resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction. 7. Enhance the design of educational content as needed. 8. Provide high level analysis of records of instructor and participant data. 9. Support an online learning environment that is welcoming to participants of all backgrounds. 10. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes enrollment and/or participant data to inform modifications of marketing strategies. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Education, Linguistics, , Human Resource Management, or related discipline, plus two years of experience or equivalency. Experience with remote learning and/or online education. Software competency in learning management systems, such as Canvas. Familiarity with MS Office and Zoom/Teams, and expertise or strong interest, in support platforms such as Catalog, Qualtrics, and Trumba. The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills. **Preferences** **Preferred Qualifications** Master’s degree and experience with data analytics would be viewed as a strength. The candidate will have developed, conducted, and/or facilitated education and training programs for at least two years. There is an expectation that the candidate will be innovative and able to foster and maintain a collaborative network within the University of Utah and potentially higher ed institutions nationwide. Proven customer relation skills would be advantageous for this position.
