As the face of our customer, here’s what you will do:

Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you are the professional in the airport that crafts important connections and encourages an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, helping them with ticketing, baggage, greeting customers as they start and end their journey and doing it with a smile. You will provide friendly, professional, confident, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities for this role may include but not limited providing administrative support for scheduling, payroll processing, accounts payable, and report preparation. This role assists with managing employee schedules, attendance, and wellness administration, while also supporting various office and personnel functions within the Station operations, such as phone management, filing, and office supply coordination. Additionally, this job ensures compliance with company policies and requirements and working closely with managers and supervisors to maintain efficient daily operations. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and effective communication are essential to success in this position.

Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel function in a Station operations officeAssists with daily communication, follow up and reviews to help monitor sick related absences sick, extended leaves or occupational injury related absences. Processes corrects documents related to exceptions in Time Attendance systems to accurately reflect payroll for frontline employeesAssists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions using computer generated volume data and staffing guidelinesDevelops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, operations and performanceMakes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for paymentPerforms personnel-related duties including filing, process payroll in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policyProvide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel functions

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in performing administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, report preparation, attendance and wellness tracking, data entry, phone management, office forecasting, operational and performance support, scanning, shredding, filing, employee assistance, payroll duties, and managing office supplies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Basic knowledge of Excel with data entry, sorting, filtering and copy/paste
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to walk long distances including between terminals, and ascending/descending stairs
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing or carrying items up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Perform personnel-related duties in accordance with union agreements and company policy
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain composure in high-volume, high-pressure situations
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-placement drug screen
• Position-specific clearances include, but are not limited to, FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service clearances
• Must be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of the interview process
• Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of this position
• Must be willing and able to work 100% on-site
