Coordinator 2 Customer Service

The Customer Service Coordinator 2 provides support for all customer service functions between the customer, internal departments and programs. Researches customer issues and solve problems or offer suggestions. Documents and maintains accurate customer records of calls and inquiries using Vx phone log. Forwards resolved written communication to the customer file. Participates in customer service problem solving. Assists other units within the department as needed. Provides support for all customer service functions between the customer, internal departments and programs. Researches customer issues and solve problems or offer suggestions. Documents and maintains accurate customer records of calls and inquiries using Vx phone log. Forwards resolved written communication to the customer file. Participates in customer service problem solving. Assists other units within the department as needed. Works on-site in our Miramar, Florida office. Hybrid schedule 

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years healthcare claims experience .CPT codes knowledge. Healthcare environment experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations independently. Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines. Working knowledge of medical terminology, claims processing procedures and accounts payable process a plus. Microsoft Office experience preferred.

EDUCATION

Two-year college degree preferred.
