SUMMARY

This job is responsible for providing moderately complex administrative and clerical support to management. Provide support to the Corporate Physical Security department including coordination of training, reporting, system implementation, vendor relationships, integration, and assistance in budget preparation and in defining project goals and timelines. Work with other members of the security group to understand and suggest improvements to the security environment. Manages schedules, appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. May coordinate interdepartmental activities in the absence of the assigned manager to support the smooth operation of the system or department.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Provides moderately complex administrative and clerical support.Prepares, maintains, and processes confidential information and correspondence including memos, reports and proposals with high degree of accuracy and timeliness.Copies and distributes correspondence appropriately.Produces moderately complex reports, graph and charts.Coordinates travel arrangements for management. Prepares and coordinates on/off site meetings and events including hotel arrangements, catering, audio/visual needs, etc.Provide support to physical security projects as needed.Manage the data and files of Corporate Physical Security as well as organize and maintain information on the Division specific SharePoint site.Maintain the ability to utilize CPS online tools to include iSight, Cherwell and SharePoint and others to support CPS Division.Provide administrative support to Investigators, Physical Security Specialists and Managers in all areas needed such as creating presentations, manipulating data using spreadsheets, providing metrics to leadership.Review all invoices associated with the physical security program for correct coding and precise billing and process timely and accurately within Ariba.Perform other administrative duties as requested in support of CPS.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience in a corporate environment in a customer service, administrative role - 1-3

Working knowledge of RS2 Access Management System
