Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Open position in a dynamic healthcare technology company. A unique opportunity exists to join our team to use your skills and experience in the rapidly growing healthcare and personal safety industry.
We are seeking an eager learner and self-starter to assist with warehousing, shipments, product returns, and special projects. You must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and be able to manage multiple priorities. You will be responsible for using computer systems to receive and process material and safe work practices to refurbish and repair material. You must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming material and perform warehousing tasksManage inventory levels and keep quality standards highRun shipping reports and process shipments via UPS/FedEx and LTLProcess product returns (RMAs and Refurb) Follow process documentation; escalate issues to managementPractice safe material handling techniques, maintain a safe and secure work environmentOther duties as assignedRequirements
High school graduate or GED Basic computer skills – email, Microsoft Word & ExcelExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenDriven to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customersOrganizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work with little supervision; self-directedAbility to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs.
