Provides support for the Environment of Care function and Facility Services department. Provides key assistance in the development, evaluation and modification of EOC Plans, Policies, Annual Evaluations and EOC PI indicators. Maintains records and coordinates all areas for the Environment of Care and Facility Services department. Responsible for assisting in the negotiations and interpretations of leases. Coordinates facility maintenance and repairs and enforces building policies. Coordinates contracts for cleaning, pest control, and lawn care.JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Education: Previous education and training will include high school diploma or equivalent (GED), typing, records management, or other related subjects or equivalent experience. Must be able to read and write English and perform mathematical calculations.Experience: The equivalent of two years of previous EOC experience preferred, staff assistant/secretarial experience with responsibilities for specialized office and department level EOC activities is preferred. Specific facilities/plant operations related experience may be required.
