Job Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will collaborate with manager to maintain and perform monthly required tasks. Administrative Coordinator will develop needed guidelines, standards, procedures and policies; perform monthly outcome analysis. Position requires ability to work independently, problem solve, concentrate on details, prioritize and follow through with all established guidelines.

Required:
High school diploma or equivalentThree to twelve months prior experience in data entry in an office environment and word processing/data processingFamiliar with Microsoft Office Package ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)Preferred:
Clerical/secretarial skills and experience Medical Terminology and statistical background Familiar with software systems in medical field (e.g., PowerChart, Lantis, Affinity, ProgenyScheduling Requirements:

Able to perform multiple tasks and keep management advised of status. Seeks assistance, advice when needed to maintain assigned tasks and responsibilitiesAttend departmental meetings and take minutes as requestedCommunicates in writing and verbally all updates regarding reports to staff and other hospital departmentsDevelops and updates guidelines, standards and policiesOrganizes work set priorities with minimum of supervision and seeks guidance as appropriatePerform data analysis (operational and PI outcomes) monthly and submit report for reviewSupports teamwork by cooperative problem solving through participation in meetings, projects, etc.Benefits and Perks:
