Coordinator Administrative Outreach - Nurse Family Partnership

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00a-4:30p

Summary:
Provides skilled administrative and clerical support for Nurse-Family Partnerships (NFP). Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of assigned areas. Monitors and maintains the NFP database interacts with state and NFP National Service Office (NSO), and provides data as requested.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
Progressive administrative support experience or experience performing duties relevant to the position.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with information gathering and information distribution.
Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects.
Appropriate corporate decorum, tact, and social sensitivity necessary to the status of the position.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree or completion of college level coursework
Experience providing administrative support to a senior leader.
Experience in a healthcare setting. Apply
