Job Summary/Basic FunctionServe as point of contact for most faculty needs; administer class scheduling, registration, and faculty workloads; serve as Chair liaison and approving authority as directed in Chair's absence; direct all aspects of department budgets and extra funding; supervise pertinent personnel and coordinate office operations; execute employment of faculty, staff and student workers; manage department grant purchases and oversees equipment maintenance. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Required EducationHigh School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) and five years of progressively responsible administrative office experience - OR - bachelor's degree and one year of progressively responsible administrative office experience required.

Desirable Related ExperiencePreferred experience in report interpretation and creation and budget processes.
Desirable License/Registration/CertificationCAP/CPS preferred.
