*Job Location: Providencia, Jalisco* * Summary:* A brand coordinator is reponsible for developing and executing strategies to meet brand & business objectives by capitalizing key opportunities on market. * Key Responsabilities for this role:* -Leading projects for new items development and/or graphic changes, coordinating with both operations and commercial teams, aligned to brand strategy and target consumer. -Tracking and analyzing brand monthly sales vs. plan objectives, zooming into channels, clients and items. -Measuring and reporting brand performance in the market, providing insights on competitors, price strategies, innovation, market trends, etc., that lead to new opportunities identification. -Work with financial teams to ensure profitability in all the launch projects, deep understanding of the P&L and commercial strategies. -Work with the agencies and partners in the development of communications material, new packaging design, marketing materials and others. -Follow up on the execution of marketing plan programs. -Providing ideas for improving the marketing plans and strategies for Hershey’s. - Assisting in the preparation of brand presentations. * Education:* -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering -Advanced English * Experience:* -2-3 years of experience in Marketing. - Brand building & development - Development of projects with operational and commercial teams, aligned with brand strategies. -Monitor and analyze the brand's monthly sales. - Measure and report brand performance to provide insights on competitors, pricing strategies, market trends, innovations, etc. That lead to the identification of market opportunities. - Working with the finance team to ensure the profitability of the P&L and define financial and commercial strategies. - Working with agencies/partners to develop communication campaigns, new graphic packaging, marketing materials, or others that help enhance the brand. - Support the preparation of brand plans and long-term brand strategies. -Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) -Database management -Nielsen IQ, Iscam, Power Bi. #LI-AA1 #LI-Onsite
