Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants. **Requisition ID:** 39087BR **Travel Required:** None **Major/Essential Functions:** Facilitate and coordinate the daily clinical trial activities funded by the National Institute on Aging (R01AG084597; PIs: Drs. Luk & Levitt). Works with the PIs, department, sponsor, and institution to support compliance, financial, personnel, and other related aspects of the clinical study. Recruit and screen participants. Communicate, schedule, explain the risks and benefits of the study and obtain informed consent. Execute study visits in compliance with study guidelines. Produce reports and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards (e.g., GCP guidelines, HIPAA requirements, etc.). Provide regular updates on study progress and addressing any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including informed consent forms, study logs, and regulatory submissions.
