SERVICE COORDINATOR – Commercial ConstructionSpokane, WA Flynn Group of Companies Full time (M-F) Great benefits! $25+/hour DOE
:Organize, manage and maintain all information systems utilized in the Service Department. Coordinate and schedule job contracts, equipment, materials and crews. Assist Service Managers and technicians as neededResponsibilitiesSupport the Superintendent:Review contracts for site requirements and accuracyOrganize and schedule jobs Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present forwork completed Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completedwork Support the field Operations:Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc. Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls QualificationsPrevious experience in a construction environment is considered an asset Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to pay strong attention to detail Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills Work independently as well as in a team-based environment What we oferCompetitive SalaryPerformance-based bonus programMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) w/ company matchLife InsurancePaid time off and paid holidaysFlynn University: Education & Leadership Development#LI-AF1
