If you’re looking to fill your glass with opportunity, come join our FAMILY. **Overview** The Warehouse Clerk is an internal administrative position that will oversee the Will Call area, Credits, Driver Not On Trucks, Monitoring inventory levels on warehouse supplies. **Primary Responsibilities** + Review invoices for returns and accurate coding + Assist customers and sales consultants at Will Call + Participate in inventory count as needed + Attend monthly safety meeting + Understand the safety rules and requirements in the workplace + Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs and other safety issues are reported promptly + Able to perform tasks with other systems (ExactaBey, AS400, Spyview, Velocitor, WMi, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint) + Take online safety courses and other classes as needed + Assist employees with scanner issues/questions + Monitor Inventory levels on warehouse supplies + Keep and maintain a Will Call logbook + Take phone calls from Delivery Drivers to help with Not on Trucks + Perform other related duties as assigned **Additional Primary Responsibilities** + Review camera footage for missing product for Drivers + Work with Sales on Delivery times + Create Transfers + Work with customer service to research credit issues + Work with customer service and routine orchestrating pickups **Minimum Qualifications** + 1 year of experience + Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods + Microsoft Office + Computer Knowledge **Physical Demands** + Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) + Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping + May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs _This position is deemed a safety-sensitive position.
