Your tasks and responsibilities:

In your role as Crisis Communications Coordinator, you will be jointly responsible for the development of comprehensive guidelines and key measures for handling company-wide incident/crisis communication issues to protect the reputation of Siemens HealthineersYou support the coordination of incident/crisis communication with the necessary measures such as holding statement, Q&A document, etc. in coordination with the teamYour thematic focus will be on Central Eastern Europe as well as Russia and Central Asia, where you will also be responsible for regional coordinationAs the incident/crisis communications coordinator, you will be the point of contact for the other members of the fast response team and work together with the relevant stakeholdersYou play a significant role in managing the organisation's internal and external communications throughout the duration of the incident/crisisYou will support the communications ‘fast response team’ and consult with key stakeholders, e.g., Legal & Compliance, Corporate Security, Cyber Security etc., and promote collaborative relationship managementYou support the analysis and summarise monitoring reports independentlyYou will support communication in connection related to Corporate Social Responsibility activities as part of incident and crisis communicationYou will also be actively involved in strategic projects to protect our reputation

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a completed master’s degree in business administration, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related fieldYou have at least 3 to 4 years of professional experience, including international experience in a communications role and specific experience in crisis communicationsYou are experienced in handling digital formats and social media and integrating them into your communication activitiesExtensive international knowledge of public/government affairs, healthcare, medical technology, or life sciences background is an advantageRegional knowledge of Central Eastern Europe as well as Russia and Central Asia, e.g., through studies or an extended stay abroad, is an advantageResearch and monitoring of issues, trends, and best practices in communications are part of your professional skills
