**Job Description:** **Title:** Part-Time Coordinator for CAS Institutes **Reports to:** Julie Garbarino **Position:** 19 Hr. Non-Exempt **Description** Seeking part-time 19 hours a week, 10-month position staff to assist with CAS Institutes. Responsibilities include: + Assist the co-directors and Sr. CAS Institute Coordinator with event planning, website maintenance, program meetings, and overseeing Work-Study personnel. **Qualifications/Experience** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint/Teams + Excellent organizational skills + Ability to multi-task + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to work independently and with a team **Responsibilities** + Assist with all logistics associated with event planning + Catering + Room Reservations + Canva Posters + Digital Design Printing + Draft, update, and develop Institutes websites, using Cascade platform + Create promotional materials for events and programs associated with the Institutes + Assist with placing merchandising orders with outside vendors (Club Colors) + Maintain and update files with advisory council information (terms served and teaching schedules) + Post Institute news and updates on Social Media + Other duties as assigned This position is based at Fairfield University’s Fairfield, CT campus and is not eligible for immigration assistance. **Category:** Academic - Staff Performs such other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by supervisor and as departmental/University needs indicate. *Disclaimer The above information indicates the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
