Primary duties of this position include the overall design and management of all marketing materials from concept to distribution for Rental Services.Position Duties/Responsibilities:Coordinate the design, production, inventory, and distribution of promotional items, stationery, and decals.Design marketing materials, including digital media promotions, print advertising, trade show materials, and company event graphics.Manage production, including preparing final designs, checking and approving color, and scaling images for print.Assist in planning and executing marketing and special events.Manage our digital asset database of artwork, photos, and videos.Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, create purchase orders, and handle invoicing with vendors.Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve skills in Adobe CC and other relevant technologies.Shape the visual aspects of all marketing materials to align with the brand’s identity and messaging goals.Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand image across various platforms.Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand and appropriate for various audiences.Collaborate with the marketing team to craft high-quality, engaging presentations.Create and maintain a library of design assets and templates for marketing collateral.Innovate and experiment with new visual and graphic techniques to evolve the brand aestheticPosition Requirements: Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Art, or related field.3+ years of experience in graphic design and brand managementProficiency in design software such as Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Art, or related field.5+ years of experience in graphic design and brand managementKnowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.Familiarity with marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience with video editing software.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
