Job Requisition: REQ2712 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours Hiring range: $24.59-$32.89 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: + Monitors program plans, schedules and budgets. + Recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes. + Coordinates, organizes and supports program promotions to targeted audience. + Documents and tracks program progress compared to goals. + Coordinates and prepares reports, materials and presentations to support program leaders. + Coordinates and/or leads program tasks as assigned. Education: • Master's degree with 2 years prior supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
