**Summary**
As part of the HR Shared Services organization, the HR Administrator will deliver first-class day-to-day support to enhance the employee experience of the Global Freeman team while contributing to the long-term development of key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This position performs a variety of human resources administrative functions, including document scanning, employee file management, completing employment verifications, and answering incoming calls and emails. The role provides a combination of administrative, technical, and project support for multiple programs essential to the efficient functioning of the human resources department.
This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office located in Dallas, TX.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Maintain employee records, both paper and electronic, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
+ Respond to HR-related questions, requests, and concerns from employees, redirecting calls or correspondence to the appropriate team members.
+ Support various HR projects, such as data audits and other ad-hoc tasks.
+ Process invoices and expense reports as needed.
+ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
+ Accurately complete various types of documents required for compliance with company policies as well as state and federal employee administration laws.
+ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Education & Experience**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year accredited college or university preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR or a similar role.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms.
+ Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and other departments.
+ Customer-service minded.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to handle HR-related issues and provide solutions.
+ Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
+ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
+ Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
+ Ability to respond to sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
