Description:

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.  We are seeking a talented and motivated Coordinator III, Parts & Materials to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to increase Packaging efficiency through setup preparation, ensuring necessary materials are in stock, keeping accurate records of materials, and overseeing appropriate storage and levels of Packaging supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality. Responsible for assembling Packaging change part setups, including build sheets appropriate parts identification labeling. Maintain accurate up to date build sheet records. Troubleshoot change part fit and or failure issues. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for assigned area to ensure uninterrupted operations. Responsible for part returns from packaging and proper part storage. Responsible for maintaining part storage areas and ensure compliance with work instruction and 5s/AOP requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment including set-up, operation, cleaning and basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Pharmaceutical or other regulatory (cGMP) experience. Customer service experience.
