We are looking for a Coordinator Immunology who is agile with an enthusiastic innovative mindset to come join our Immunology Benelux Team, to be based in Belgium.

 

About the role

As Coordinator Immunology BELUX, you will have a broad and variable role. You will be a key point of contact for the team and will provide daily support to the team.  You will be responsible for organizing, driving, and following up on administrative tasks and supporting medical & marketing projects. You have a patient-centric belief and problem-solving comes naturally to you and self-driven in how you manage your work. As our Coordinator you have an important role as backbone of the team, and you act as a strong team player towards both the Brand and Infield teams of the Immunology team (Rheumatology and Bone).

 

 

Who you’ll work with:

You will be in contact with several internal & external stakeholders including the medical and commercial immunology team, other cross functional teams, and HCPs.

What will you do:

Ensure efficient daily first line support to all internal stakeholders from administrative perspectiveCoordinate and attend project update meetings followed by minutes and reporting, so you are well informed and better able to pick up project related tasksSupport Brand team in the execution of projects by creating suppliers, Purchase Orders (Guided Buying), invoice processing and SOP/audit compliant storage of all relevant dataCongress management (local and international): travel arrangements, roadbooks, contracting, event support letters, and Mdeon visa lettersSupport Infield team (i.e. organize medical events like advisory boards and expert tables, or meet-the expertsOrganizing team events and meetings (at home and abroad)Support in the organization of refresher coursesBook hotel and travel according to guidelines for external guests Management and monitoring of sponsorships, grantsCreation and management of Service Level AgreementsEnsure compliant process flows as per Area process and guidelines together with the local Compliance Officer

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered in certain cases. Experience in a similar role with project coordination tasks, supporting a minimum of 5 employees.Familiarity with pharmaceutical business, medical terminology and financial/business terminology a plusExcellent organizational skills related to event & project management, setting priorities and respecting timelines.Strong communication skills in a multi-cultural environment, fluent in Dutch, French and EnglishQuick in identification of issues and in problem solving.Working with passion and autonomously, attentive to details, reliable, dynamic, with strong team spirit and proactive. Good informatics skills: Good computer skills/MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SRM, SAP, Orbit (Veeva).
