Coordinator - Insurance Operations

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Coordinator Insurance Operations will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative and technical support, ensuring the efficient processing of complex documents, and contributing to the overall success of the Operations team.

We will count on you to:

Deliver accurate, efficient, and timely administration and technical support.Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.Maintain a basic understanding of relevant insurance and related legislation to strengthen established relationships.Analyse and work with data to support operational objectives.Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

What you need to have:

Experience in client service or administration.A professional manner and the confidence to work in a corporate environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
